Lagos state police in search of two suspects who followed woman to a bank in order to defraud her
Some suspected Fruadsters are currently being trailed by the Lagos state police command for attempting to defraud a middle aged lady.
According to police spokesperson, Benjamin Hundeyin, yesterday evening a bank cashier noticed that a 64 yr old customer was trying to withdraw a whopping sum of N600,000 from her bank account in a hurry.
The cashier who seemed anxious to know what the problem was asked the lady but she refused to talk, as they (the suspects) had threatened to kill her if she says anything.
Meanwhile, police officers in ogudu were contacted, and arrived the scence to discover that three of the suspects were already waiting outside.
Two were arrested while the third suspect immediately ran upon sighting them.
During interrogation, it was discovered that the suspects had first collected N90,000 from the woman.
