Nigerian Police Set to Prosecute Officer Caught Smoking Weed’ While On Duty
The Kwara state police command has ordered an immediate investigation regarding reports of one of its officers smoking weed’while on duty.
A Twitter user had initially revealed how he kept on seeing the officer taking the substance while on duty.
According to him, the Unidentified officer sometimes, would try to handover some of the substance to motorists who commute on that route.
While reacting, the IGP, Kwara state police command ordered the PPRO to fish the suspect out with immediate effect.
According to him, most of these officers now see this as a personal thing.
He further wondered why a policeman on uniform, assigned to a particular post should be taking weed’.
