Young Boy Scams POS Operator Of Over 800k By Connecting to Her ‘Hotspot’
A young Nigerian identified as Adejoh David has been Arrested after he reportedly defrauded a POS Operator of over 800 thousand naira by simply connecting to her hotspot.
The suspect who was arrested while chilling at Eko Hotel confessed to have been Responsible for the debit.
Revealing what actually transpired, the young boy said he hacked into her (the POS Operator) bank app via her hotspot.

An OTP was sent to the POS Operator which she accepted out of fear and shortly after she immediately saw an 838k Debit which was deposited into a Betting Account.
She immediately contacted the police, and they managed to trace the suspect, who was later arrested.
What baffled most Nigerians was the suspect’s ability to hack into the POS Operator’s app via hotspot connection
