Nigeria’s former Vice President and the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the recently concluded February 25 presidential election, Atiku Abubakar on Tuesday in Abuja met with the newly appointed National Security Adviser (NSA) Malam Nuhu Ribadu.
Overtnews reports that the two met at the Central Mosque Abuja during the Janazah prayer for the late wife of Alhaji Dahiru Bobo.
It would be recalled that the two personalities are no strangers in the country’s politics as they were together in the administration of Olusegun Obasanjo.
Abubakar was the Vice President while Malam Ribadu was the pioneer Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Meanwhile, Abubakar in a tweet on his Twitter account stated, “This afternoon, I attended the Janazah prayer for the late wife of Alhaji Dahiru Bobo at the Central Mosque Abuja. May Allah accept her soul and comfort the family in grief. -AA.”
