Sit-at-home: Enugu Residents Defile Order (Video)

In view of the continued Monday sit-at-home order pronounced by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in south eastern states in Nigeria, some residents of Enugu defiled the order in protest of the negative impact it is having on their businesses.

In a video posted on Facebook by user, Ebubechukwu Uzor and obtained by Overtnews on Monday, the residents took to the streets to protest against the illegal sit-at-home order.

In the video, the protesters were seen holding placards with various inscriptions while protesting.

One of the inscriptions read: “We no longer meet up with our hire purchase because of sit-at-home.”
