The Lagos Police Command has confirmed that there was an incident in the Mile 2 area of the state at Amuwo-odofin Local Government which led to the death of a driver on Tuesday morning.
In a video making round on social media, it was alleged that the driver was said to have been killed by personnel of the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK).
But, in a phone interview with the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Benjamin Hundeyin, who confirmed the killing told our reporter that the command has commenced investigation to ascertain what led to the killing.
He, however noted that the command is yet to identify the killers which is contrary to some social media reports.
