Solomon Oyeniyi, a respected Nigerian producer known as K-Solo, made a startling announcement on Monday, revealing plans to exhume the body of the late singer Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, professionally known as Mohbad, on Tuesday.
K-Solo explained that Mohbad’s father has given consent for the police to carry out this exhumation.
He mentioned that both Mohbad’s father and the police reached a mutual agreement to proceed with the exhumation, either late Monday night or early Tuesday morning.
During an interview on Channels TV’s ‘Rubbin’ Minds,’ K-Solo suggested a potential connection between the head of Marlian Records, Naira Marley, and Mohbad’s tragic demise.
He firmly stated, “Naira Marley is implicated, and he cannot deny his involvement, especially as the deceased was under his label and allegedly faced mistreatment without his intervention.”
K-Solo urged Naira Marley to return to the country and clear his name, citing compelling evidence pointing towards his alleged involvement.

In a related development, the police have established a dedicated 13-member investigative team to thoroughly examine the circumstances surrounding Mohbad’s death.
The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, emphasized their commitment to uncovering the truth, stating that “every individual connected to the case involving the death of Mohbad will be identified and thoroughly assessed for their level of involvement,” with the assurance of INTERPOL’s support if needed.
