Nollywood actress Mary Njoku has strongly criticized individuals who have raised doubts about the biological relationship of the late singer Mohbad’s son, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad.
The controversy surrounding the child’s appearance has led to calls for a DNA test.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Mary Njoku condemned these calls as “pure evil” and urged people not to add to the widow’s grief.
She emphasized that Mohbad, before his passing, never doubted the child’s paternity, and therefore, the public should not cast doubt either.
Instead, Mary stressed the importance of focusing on seeking justice for the late singer.
Mary Njoku expressed her sentiments by saying, “Asking a mourning widow to submit her son for a DNA test is pure evil. Haba! She just lost a husband, lost a father to her child, lost her helper and protector of 10 years! Let her mourn in peace. If you can’t support her, don’t add to her misery! Small money don enter for DNA tests.
