Special Assistant to Imo State Governor on mobilization, Hon. Chief Henry Egwuatu, has appealed to the youths in Orlu zone to vote massively for the reelection of Hope Uzodimma ahead of the November 11 governorship election.
Chief Egwuatu made this known over the weekend during the Orlu Youths Summit in the state.
It was a gathering of chieftains of the All Progressives Congress (APC) including Rt Hon. Canice Moore chukwugozie Nwachukwu (Omeogo na Orlu), member representing Orlu/Orsu and Oru East federal Constituency and stakeholders including the youths across the zone, political appointees, traditional and religious leaders, and leaders of reputable organizations from Orlu where issues to move the party forward in the zone and the state were discussed.
In a statement sent to Overtnews on Monday, Chief Egwuatu in his remarks appreciated the youths for their commitment and partnership with the government in ensuring progress and peace in the zone.

As the election draws near, “Chief Egwuatu assured the youths of his commitment and dedication to ensure they are equipped with the necessary arsenals to excel in their various life endeavours and also restore peace and development in Orlu.”
The summit culminated to the endorsement of Governor Hope Uzodimma for a reelection.
