Della recently accused her husband, Kess, of infidelity and domestic abuse, claiming she had financially supported their marriage and was devastated to discover his alleged affair with Christy O, whom he is now living with due to financial constraints in Lekki.
In response, Phyna criticized Della for what she referred to as manipulations and emotional blackmail.

She urged Della to let Kess and Christy O live their lives without seeking clout through public drama.
Kess, on his part, addressed the family drama by describing his wife as manipulative, insecure, and prone to causing confusion.
He expressed surprise at the extent of her behavior.
The controversy escalated when Della revealed that she had revoked Kess’ American visa, a move that further fueled the dispute.
She also shared instances of finding Christy O in Kess’ room while she was away, despite his explanation that they were just friends, intensifying her concerns.
