American YouTuber Kai Cenat Embarks on Ghanaian Adventure, Promises Return to Nigeria in December

Kai Cenat, the 22-year-old American YouTuber, has bid farewell to Nigeria as he sets off for Ghana, with a vow to return in December.

In a Snapchat video shared on Wednesday, Kai expressed his excitement about heading to Ghana, stating, “I’m off to Ghana, I’ll be back okay. I’ll be back in December.”

His Nigerian journey was sparked by inspiration from Burna Boy’s music, as he announced his trip on Instagram on March 8, aiming to immerse himself in Nigerian culture.

Upon arrival in Nigeria on March 9, Kai was greeted by enthusiastic fans and traditional drummers.

Comedian Shanks Comics, his tour guide, bestowed upon him the Nigerian name “Femi Omo Werey”.

During his stay, Kai donated to a school project in Makoko and savored Nigerian delicacies like amala and okra soup.

He also enjoyed a shopping spree at a bustling Lagos market, facilitated by Shanks, and engaged in one-on-one sessions with local women.

Additionally, Kai received a warm welcome from Nigerian singer Davido, who chauffeured him around Lagos before they indulged in a night of revelry.
