The arrest, which was announced by the Force Criminal Investigation and Intelligence Department (FCID) in Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos State, stemmed from a petition filed by Mr. Ibu’s wife, Stella Maris Chinyere Okafor.

The petition accused Mr. Ibu’s two sons, in collaboration with his adopted daughter Jasmine, of conspiring to defraud the actor.
