Nigerian Actor Timini Egbuson Announces Break from Acting

In a recent podcast interview with content creator Kamsi Nnamani, Nigerian actor Timini Egbuson revealed his decision to take a hiatus from acting.

After tirelessly dedicating himself to the craft for 14 years with minimal rest, Egbuson expressed his need for a break.

“I only rest when I go out at night. I only sleep five to six hours a day. And then keep the work going. But next year I am going on a sabbatical. I have been acting for the past fourteen years consistently,” he shared.

Known for his roles in hit movies like ‘Breaded Life’, ‘Elevator Baby’, and ‘Introducing the Kuju’s’, Egbuson made his acting debut in 2010 on the M-Net soap opera ‘Tinsel’.

Despite his success, he emphasized the importance of taking time off to recharge.

“There has never been a downtime or a time when I am just chilling. And I did not say that with pride. I say that with all humility. It has just been God.”
