A high court ruling in Awka, Anambra State has ordered the independent national Electoral commission, INEC to shortlist Prof Chukwuma Soludo as APGA candidate. The court, which was presided over by Justice C.C. Okaa prayed INEC to re-publish the name of Professor Chukwuma Soludo as the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA. Justice Okaa also ordered INEC to remove the name of Hon Chukwuma Umeoji. "An order of court, whether it is right or wrong, must be obeyed until it is vacated.
